Shipping Update for U.S. Orders
Dear U.S. Customers,
We would like to inform you of an important update regarding shipments to the United States. Due to recent changes in tariffs, import regulations, and carrier policies, shipping to the U.S. has become increasingly unreliable and may result in delays, returns, or other unexpected issues beyond our control.
For this reason, we kindly ask U.S.-based customers to arrange their own courier company to collect the parcel directly from our address once the order is ready. We will, of course, provide all necessary package details to support this process.
